The rules of the game
In Blackjack, a player’s goal is to beat the dealer (a casino employee) and reach a maximum score of 21 points while playing. The amount of points can also be less, as long as they exceed the dealer’s total. Due to this, the game is sometimes referred to as “Twenty-One”, which is not strictly true.
