Whether that be for blood tests to diagnose a condition or as a routine, phlebotomists play an essential role in keeping the healthcare facility running. What’s more, phlebotomists also work at blood banks, taking donations from people, keeping said donations safe, and ensuring the safety of the person who is donating. - Medical Assistant: Like the previous suggestion, medical assistants ensure the smooth running of a facility on a day-to-day basis, often providing administrative and clinical support.
